    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion on the provision of free, secure, risk-free and high-quality Wi-Fi services in every constituency. This will bring a big divide in our nation. We are doing well on ICT capacity, particularly on human resource. Only 20 per cent of the population of this country has access to ICT services. That creates a big exclusion of many people from important activities. For example, in e-commerce. People are now trading and advertising through IT. Identification cards, driving licences, passports and job adverts are now accessed through the IT platform in e-government. I have talked to the young people in my constituency about the job adverts which are accessed through the IT platform."
