    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to add my voice in support of this Bill. The internet has several components. One of the components is the gadget we are using and the other component is enabling the gadget to access internet. This will be provided through Wi-Fi. The cost of internet through some of these service providers is high. The Government should go ahead and provide free reliable Wi-Fi in the constituencies and especially those in the rural areas like Kitui East which I represent. It is very important. There is a huge disparity between the youth in the rural areas of this country and the youth in the urban areas. With internet you have access to the world. Young people in the rural areas cannot access internet because it is not enabled. The cost of internet is very expensive and Wi-Fi will cure that problem. The internet is a one stop shop because you can see each and every goods and services in the world."
