    "content": "The rural area is landlocked because communication has opened up the world and if you cannot access the world web, you are basically landlocked. The other component of internet is the opportunities such as jobs. Most of the employers in the world have provided employment portals which can only be accessed through the internet. We have to enable the youth especially in the rural areas to access internet and this can be done through Wi-Fi. The purpose of this Motion is to provide free and reliable Wi-Fi in all the constituencies across the country."
