"content": "(a) No villagers of Kibelengwani were beaten and forced to eat raw meat by Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) Officers. However, on 27th September, 2010 a team of eight KWS staff, acting on a tip off, found fresh hippopotamus meat on sale in the village and managed to arrest one Mr. Muhsin Komora in the process of cutting about four kilogrammes of hippo meat. The suspect was arrested and booked at Witu Police Station on the same day."
