Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government the following Question: a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that on 23rd June 2018, Mrs. Anne Omoche, a nurse at Emuhaya Sub County Hospital, was unlawfully arrested, assaulted and detained at Luanda Police Station? b) What mechanisms has the Ministry put in place to ensure safety of health personnel on night duty, and patients in health facilities at night? c) Are there plans by the Ministry to compensate Mrs. Anne Omoche for the unlawful arrest and injuries suffered?"
