    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me repeat again that it is illegal for any officer to take an illegal action against someone who has been caught committing a particular incident which is not allowed by law. If we have any evidence that there is a KWS officer who has been involved in this act, there are procedures to deal with this matter; it is not only about informing us, but also reporting. The hon. Member should get this information reported to the nearest police station and booked. That particular person should get a P3 form, then we shall investigate. If we establish that this is true, we will take appropriate disciplinary action."
