Whenever these issues are reported, his officers just dance around. They sleep there, wait for a hippo or a crocodile to chase them away and they say that it is the Ministry and the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) who are responsible. Can he confirm what the policy is? If it is not, can he say from the Floor of the House that the KWS officers should shoot these animals when they come to destroy the crops of the poor people?"
