    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am opposing this amendment for one simple reason. Initially, NYS started and ended with the Director-General. We have brought on board an institution which oversees the running of this particular institution. His amendment intends to give more powers to the Director-General than the overseeing body which is the council. I am appealing to my brother to withdraw that amendment. I have a problem with it as the Chair of the Committee."
