Some of these positions need experience of, say, two, three, four or five years. This experience can be acquired from different fields. I believe that Dr. Mary and Dr. Reuben have worked in different places. As I said, education is the best equaliser. If a young man is well educated, he cannot miss an opportunity somewhere to progress and get to the level where he becomes an employer. Without some little experience in one’s field, one might not get a job of higher magnitude. Some Members of Parliament complained about this. This Commission requires people with great experience."
