    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, these protocols and the agreements I have just mentioned followed the normal legal procedures to be on the Floor of the House. This means the treaties were initiated by the national Government in line with Section 4 of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act 2012. Memoranda were attached in line with Section 7 of the Act, which requires that when the Executive wants to present memoranda to the House, they must be attached. That was done and submitted to our Committee."
