    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. After listening to Members who have already contributed, I am really convinced that we need to support these bilateral agreements. As a country, we have a number of challenges and I believe that this is one way that we can move and ensure that we benefit our people. Trade and tourism are critical and important. They are one way of adding value to this country. This is the direction we need to take for the sake of improving the welfare of our people. I am convinced that research was done on these instruments so that they can benefit our country. I want to believe that the most important and critical issue here is our young people. We have quite a number of students who have graduated from our universities. I want to believe that this is one way in which we can solve the endemic problem of unemployment. So, I want to believe that by supporting these bilateral agreements, we are going to solve the perennial problems for our young people. I, therefore, support."
