    "content": "Again, it is very important for my colleagues to understand some of these areas. He spearheaded and implemented the Corporate Governance and Integrity Strategy Plan for KenGen. He spearheaded the formation of a full-fledged intelligence production division with information of undercover investigation unit while at the EACC, and played a key role in the team that transformed NSIS. Another critical point I wanted to mention to the House as I almost conclude this presentation is that when the nominee appeared before us, we found out that he understood the role and functions of EACC. He has a clear understanding of the functions of the Commission. He also understood the challenges that face the Commission in fighting corruption and some of the areas which require legislative intervention to strengthen the Commission in fighting corruption. He came up with some information regarding the need to have cordial working relationship among all the relevant agencies."
