The Ministry of Agriculture is the regulator of the sugar industry in this country. The primary concern of the Ministry of Agriculture is the promotion of agriculture. The Assistant Minister has admitted that farmers have lost a whopping Kshs841 million in the past four months. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that farmers are compensated for that loss?"
