    "content": "this great Kenyan, I am a bit disappointed that the Commission did not follow strictly the requirement of Section 16 of the EACC Act which provides that the Commission shall, through an open, transparent and competitive recruitment process, and with the approval of National Assembly, appoint the suitably qualified person. I say so because we expected the Commission to interview the people who were interested in this position publicly, so that Kenyans could be able to verify for themselves that the person who is being recommended for appointment is qualified for the position."
