    "content": "should agree with us that we need to have a more consolidated system where we have, say, 14 regions with presidents so that if I am a president of a region, then it is the real government. It is not these mini-governments of 47 counties. It will not help us. I am happy that now we are becoming cohesive as a country and in agreement that in 2019, we are going to have constitutional referendum which is going to usher in a more accountable system of government, possibly a parliamentary system with clear checks and balances.
