This is because by the time you have got all your documents in order; the invoices, the import declaration forms, the permits and the airway bills, one day is gone and you find that you have only one day left. The Assistant Minister does not want to give us an extra day or two so that these charges can be eliminated. I want to ask the Assistant Minister whether he can give, at least, three days instead of five. That means he should allow one more day to the importers---"
