    "content": "I have a quick piece of advice: One, Members need to prepare well before they come to debate Bills, so that within the 10 minutes, they are able to execute and prosecute their points. More importantly, Members should also identify their areas of strength and where they have competence so that they do not contribute to all the Bills and Motions, but rather contribute to those that they feel they have adequately prepared and have the competence to contribute to."
