    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to second this Procedural Motion. This is basically Members’ Motions which come on Wednesday morning. It also refers to special Motions which could be there. We are talking of the Motions taking three hours with the Mover being allotted 20 minutes and all the other Members 10 minutes except the Leader of the Majority Party and Leader of the Minority Party, who will be given 15 minutes. In the last Session, most of the Members’ time was not properly utilised because many Members still have a lot of Motions and Bills which are pending before this House. We are hoping that the House Business Committee (HBC) will give priority to Members’ Motions and Bills so that we are can utilise our Wednesday mornings properly and prosecute the outstanding Bills and Motions. With those few remarks, I second."
