    "content": " Thank you, Hon Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to support the limitation of debate on Motions. I would also like to indicate that under the Standing Orders, before debate on a Motion begins, depending on the interest of Members, a Member can move a reduction at that particular time despite us having passed this particular Motion so that as many Members as possible can contribute to Motions with a lot of public interest. I, therefore, want to agree with the timings and the timelines given in this Motion. I beg to support. Thank you."
