Katangi Special School submitted its bank accounts to the Ministry on July, 15, 2010, which was too late to factor disbursement for 2009/2010. (b) The school has now been captured in the Free Primary Education (FPE) data and the funds will be disbursed in October, 2010, actually tomorrow as I speak."
