No. GK A67C on 3rd March, 2007; (b) whether he is also aware that compensation due to the officers under Workmen’s Compensation Act was duly assessed and confirmed and the Ministry duly notified of the same; and, (c) what steps he is taking to ensure that the officers’ compensation is paid expeditiously."
