Senators, I wish to bring to the attention of the Senate that pursuant to Standing Order No.41 (3), the Clerk delivered to me a Message from the National Assembly regarding the Assumption of the Office of County Governor Bill (Senate Bill No.1 of 2018). The Message which is dated 19th December, 2018, was transmitted to all Senators on 21st December, 2018, pursuant to Standing Order No.41(5).
