    "content": "In the previous session, I observed that there was a particular report relating to Ruaraka Land that did not come to the Floor of the House in good time. I am sure there are many such reports that need prioritisation so that we do not become a House that just laments but we become a House that deals with issues of oversight and bring weight to bear on errand institutions or officers."
