    "content": "There was a time when I had a Motion here on anti-corruption and the moment, I was ready to speak to the nation, the other Member who was absent came in. Then the next time, the Clerk-at-the-Table will look for you asking if you will be there tomorrow. That is something that we need to agree on as Members, so that we do not give a difficult time to the Table Office. When you have an agenda that is on the Floor, please, be available so that if then you are not available, you can cede the ground so that your agenda can come at a time and date when you are available. That is something that we need to properly coordinate so that we do not look like we just change agendas based on who is available, and that kind of thing."
