    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the word “Senate” comes from the word s énior in French, which means senior. In fact, even God is called Sénior or senior. We cannot have a situation where you have a Senator and then somebody there calling himself Member of Parliament (MP), which then gives him the impetus to think that we are a lower House. Of course, what has happened is a situation where you have had the advantage of an existing institution. Therefore, this institutional memory, procedures and practices then push this agenda forward for the National Assembly."
