    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are quite a number of interventions that have been put in place to ensure that we achieve the MDGs by 2015. Most of them are in the Medium-Term Plan, which is a small slice of the Vision 2030. We are hoping that in the Financial Year 2011/2012 the sector budgetary allocation, especially for the health and agriculture sectors will be increased, so that we can be in line with the Abuja and the Maputo declarations."
