It also gives an opportunity for peer review which we can do through regulations and other means. It ensures that those standards are maintained continuously. We are in a dynamic world, one where technology is fast changing and with that, once we have peer review, people can look at what is new in the market. How do we ensure that this conforms? With new knowledge and advancement, people can look at it and ensure that whatever services, whether goods or technology, conform to the modern standards and trends - whether you are in Kenya or outside of the country.
