    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I wish you and the rest of my colleagues a happy new year. I support this Bill and agree with Hon. (Dr.) Pukose that it is long overdue. Accreditation is a very important service to this country and to all the countries that consume goods that originate from here, and those that we import from. By having a Bill that guides the way we do accreditation in this country, we are enhancing the process of accreditation to ensure that we are protected from taking goods that may not have been accredited. Recently, we as consumers have been getting increasingly worried by the way goods are getting in this country and how stamps and seals from the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KBS) find their way into those companies."
