    "content": "I think this is not the first time we are getting bodies in this country in-charge of ensuring that expected qualities are achieved. Hon. Members have mentioned KEBS, as such a body. There are also other bodies which are responsible for checking services. I think as Kenyans, we get frustrated because of not getting what is expected as consumers of goods and services. That is why that service is very important."
