    "content": "Look at this Bill. There are some things which are very important to note. One of them is that the Service through the board, will ensure there is quality assurance both of goods and services. That way, whatever things Kenyan consumers will be exposed to will not be harmful to their bodies. Another important issue that has been captured in this Bill is ensuring that, where standards are not met by some of the bodies that are mandated to assure quality, efforts are put in place to achieve those standards and bring improvement. This is very important. It will ensure that we do not fall short of standards in any area, either in quality assurance of goods or services."
