    "content": "I support this Bill since it is very timely. We are in a very competitive world and unless we put ourselves in the cutting edge of competition, we will become irrelevant. Countries have become like companies. Unless you compete at an even keel with other companies, which are other countries, we may become irrelevant. Let me give an example of a time we went to Botswana and visited the Botswana Meat Commission. We went there during the 10th Parliament to learn good practices from them. I was amazed at the number of people from different countries that were visiting Botswana to learn from them because of the standards that had been set and that were being adhered to."
