Most county government stakeholders who appeared before us were opposing the issue of bringing together the bank accounts. This proposal will ensure that we operate a single account at the Central Bank as opposed to what we have now where they have bank accounts in different commercial banks. At the same time, this Bill proposes to restrict overdrafts to Central Bank. Of course, they opposed this kind of arrangement, but that is how it is going to happen.
