    "content": "The Public Finance Management (PFM) Act is very important as well as Chapter 12, Articles 6, 8, 32 and 201 of the Constitution. The Executive, Judiciary and Legislature are the three arms of Government. Members of Parliament are neither subordinates to Judiciary nor the Executive. We are all serving this Government. So, we are dealing with very key amendments to the PFM Act."
