We shall, therefore, give the CS all the powers to manage our resources to ensure their proper utilisation. The Auditor-General when dealing with adverse, qualified or unqualified issues, should be very keen when auditing books of accounts. This should be done using digital infrastructure, not manually so that the issue of misappropriation ends."
