I rise to make a Statement on a matter of national concern, which is the recent terrorist attack at the 14 Riverside Dusit Complex building on Tuesday, 15th January, 2019. Before I make my Statement, I would want to seek your indulgence and to ask you kindly to lead the House in observing a one-minute silence in honour of those who lost their lives in this particular attack."
