    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, some of the things that can actually assist in dealing with such incidents, when and if they occur, is the implementation of the Bill that we brought into this House together with Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. on National Disaster Risk Management, which is still lying at the National Assembly. We were asking our colleagues at the National Assembly to fast track the implementation of that Bill, because it brings a method and a framework to coordinate disaster management between the national Government and county governments."
