    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 14 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “County Director of” and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new Sub-clause— (2) The County Director of Land Use Planning shall advise and be responsible to the county executive committee member. (c) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefor the following new marginal note — County Director of Land Use Planning."
