    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 15 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the introductory clause by deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “County Director of” and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; (b) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (c) is registered as a professional planner and is in good standing with the relevant professional body; (c) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (d) has the relevant post-qualification professional experience in land use planning; and (d) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefor the following new marginal note — Qualifications of a County Director of Land Use Planning."
