    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 16 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the introductory clause by deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “County Director of” and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; (b) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph — (a) advising the county government on land use planning matters that impact the county; deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “County Government on” and substituting therefore the words “land use”; and deleting the words “on the whole Country” appearing immediately after the words “matters that impact” and substituting therefore the words “the county”;"
