    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 17 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new Sub-clause— (1) The Cabinet Secretary shall cause the National Land Use Development Plan to be prepared for approval and publication in accordance with this Part; (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “The National” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; and (b) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefore the following new marginal note —"
