    "content": "THAT clause 18 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— (1) The National Land Use Development Plan shall define strategic policies for the determination of the general direction and trends of land use development and sectoral development in Kenya and provide a framework for the use and development of land. (b) in subclause (2) by— (i) deleting the word “Physical” appearing immediately after the words “The National” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the words “Land Use”; (ii) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “formulation of national” in paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the words “land use”; and (c) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefor the following new marginal note— Purpose and objects of the National Land Use Development Plan."
