"content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 24 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (1) by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— (1) At least three months before the end of the financial year, each public institution of a government that is responsible for the application or the implementation of a National Land Use Development Plan shall prepare and submit a status report on the implementation of the National Land Use Development Plan to the Cabinet Secretary or the county executive committee member and the Commission for their purposes. (b) in subclause (2) by inserting the word “be” immediately after the words “this section shall”."
