    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 39 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (1) by— (i) deleting the words “in charge of physical planning” appearing immediately after the words “executive committee member”; and (ii) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “revising a county” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “of a county” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; and (c) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefor the following new marginal note— Revision of a county land use development plan."
