    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 44 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “A local” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “in a local” and substituting therefor the words “land use”; and (c) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefor the following new marginal note— Contents of a Local Land Use Development Plan."
