    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 50 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by— (a) deleting the word “physical development” appearing immediately after the words “to ensure orderly” in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words “development of land”; (b) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “implementation of approved” in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “land use”; and (c) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “public participation in” in paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the words “land use”."
