    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 51 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting the words “the planning authorities” appearing immediately after the words “Governments Act 2012” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the words “county governments”; (b) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “implementation of approved” in paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the words “land use”; and (c) deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “with the approved” in paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the words “land use”."
