    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 54 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the words “planning authority” appearing immediately after the words “provided to the” in subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “respective county executive committee member”; (b) in subclause (2) by— (i) deleting the words “the planning authority” appearing immediately after the words “do so by” and substituting therefor the words “a county executive committee member”; and (ii) deleting the words “planning authority” appearing immediately after the words “provided to the” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”."
