    "content": "THAT clause 57 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the words “A planning authority” appearing in the introductory phrase in subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “Each county executive committee member”; (b) by deleting the words “A planning authority” appearing in the introductory phrase in subclause (2) and substituting therefor the words “Each county executive committee member”; (c) in subclause (3) by— (i) deleting the words “the planning authority” appearing immediately after the words “register maintained by” and substituting therefor the words “a county executive committee member”; and (ii) deleting the words “planning authority” appearing immediately after the words “scrutiny and the” and substituting therefor the words “Cabinet Secretary”."
