    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 58 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the words “planning authority” appearing immediately after the word “A” in the introductory phrase in subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”;and (b) by deleting the words “the planning authority” appearing immediately after the words “for development permission” in subclause (3) and substituting therefor the words “a county executive committee member”."
