    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 63 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (1)— (i) by deleting the words “planning authority” appearing immediately after the word “A” in the introductory phrase and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”; and (ii) by deleting the word “physical” appearing immediately after the words “by the relevant” and substituting therefor the words “landuse”; and (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “planning authority” appearing immediately after the words “obtained by a” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”."
